How long will my preserved rose last?

With proper care, your preserved rose will maintain its natural beauty for 1–3 years or even more.

How do I keep the dome clean?

Gently wipe the glass dome with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Do not use water or cleaning sprays inside the dome.

Do I need to water or maintain it?

No watering is needed. Simply keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, and high humidity. Treat it like a piece of art.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your rose. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or return.

Please note: because each rose is real and naturally preserved, slight variations in color, minor differences in leaves, or small petal tears are completely normal — and part of what makes every piece unique.
